Details of DisappearanceA Silver Alert was issued for Norbert A. Dantzman, who goes by the nickname "Tony," on August 30, 2019. Mr. Dantzman was staying at the Northern Lights Motel (also known as the Strouf Motel), 5202 Strouf Ave, Winter with family members who noticed he was missing from the motel around 10:00am. Mr. Dantzman had traveled to Wisconsin from his home in California for a family reunion. He did not take any identification with him or his cellphone. The last time Mr. Dantzman was seen he was traveling on foot north of the Northern Lights motel. |

Details of DisappearanceHoracio De La Cruz Barrera, a 33-year-old man, went missing from his home on the 300 block of Wisconsin Avenue in Beloit December 3, 2018. He was living with his aunt and did not own a vehicle. Several forms of identification and his cell phone were found in his room. Before he went missing, both his aunt and employer reported that Horacio exhibited paranoid behavior. Despite extensive searches, including checks at local hospitals, no trace of him has been found. His bank account has shown no activity, and he has not been seen or heard from since then. It is unknown what he was wearing. |

Details of DisappearanceFrom Charley Project: Dickinson was last seen in Ridgeway on July 31, 2005. He went out on Lake Mendota in a 17-foot Larson fiberglass fishing boat with Darren Michael Mellor. At 4:20 p.m. that day, their boat was found adrift in the lake near Warner Beach with no one onboard. The boat's ladder was down, its keys were still in the ignition and there was a t-shirt on the deck. Mellor's body surfaced on October 15, but Dickinson's body has never been found. |

There was a green BMW motorcycle parked at the campground that was registered to Richard J. Dilabio. Also left at the campsite was all Richard's personnel belongings . Richard was last seen at the campground on 7/09/2019. Multiple ground and water searches were conducted around the campground and no sign of Richard was located. |

His family believes that his disappearance may have been part of a Social Security fraud scheme and that the woman he was with, was receiving his Social Security checks. The last address that the checks were sent to was a post office box in Milledgeville, Georgia. He was with a female by the name of Jenna or Gina described as being short and heavyset with light brown hair. |
